Yes , you can simply specify your desired delivery address during the ordering process. There is one exception when paying with...
Klarna - here the billing and delivery addresses must be identical.
How can I buy a voucher online?
You can find our gift vouchers directly in our online shop under "Gifts & Vouchers". Simply select your desired amount, add it to your shopping cart and pay conveniently online.
How do I find the right size?
Each product description includes information on fit . We also offer a size chart . If you have any questions, our customer service team will be happy to help.
Can I test products?
You are welcome to try on the items – but please do not wear them outdoors or if they are dirty . Returns are only accepted for unworn, clean items.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Unless a different delivery date is specified and the goods are available, delivery within Germany takes 1-5 working days ; for deliveries abroad, the delivery time depends on the delivery country and is shown in the shopping cart.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays .
Is there free shipping?
Yes , orders over €115 qualify for free shipping within Germany.
Return/Refund
How long do I have to return items?
You can return items within 14 days of receipt – provided they are unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition.
Who pays for the return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We deliberately refrain from offering free returns to reduce packaging and transport distances – for the sake of the environment. 💕
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and checked, the refund will be issued to the original payment method – usually within 7–10 working days .
Can I exchange items?
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. Please return the item and reorder your favorite item.
What should I do if my item is damaged?
Please contact our customer service with photos of the defect – we will find a quick and easy solution.
How sustainable is the shipping?
We ship with GoGreen and offset the
CO₂ emissions of your shipment – for more climate-friendly shipping.

My desired item is sold out – what now?
You can sign up for a notification as soon as the item is back in stock. Alternatively, we'd be happy to suggest similar products in our online shop or advise you personally on suitable alternatives.
I placed an order but haven't received any shipping information – what should I do?
Please check your spam folder . If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service – we'll help you quickly.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll gladly review any changes or cancellations.
